Where are your apparel manufactured?
Our apparel is manufactured in our high quality manufacturing facilities located in and around Mumbai &Every Product goes through 3 stages Quality Control process to check accurate sizing and stitching.


What are standard sizes?
Unifro provides various sizing and sleeves/ length options as per all patterns compared to most schoolwear & Corporates wear brands.


Can I upload my own measurements?
Yes definitely! We have put together some Do It Yourself section (Link- http://dev.unifro.com/upload-your-design/) that make taking your own measurements very simple. A simple measuring tape will suffice. Do not be overwhelmed by the number of measurements! They are needed only to ensure that you get a perfectly fitting dress. What is the typical time taken for delivery?
With each customize dress, we display the number of days it will take to deliver it. If you have multiple dresses in your order, the entire order will be delivered at the same time, which will be the last date of the individual delivery dates in your order. For instance, if you order for a dress that has a delivery period of 15 days and another that has a delivery period of 16 days, then the entire order will be delivered to you 16 days after we receive the measurements for your order.
The expected date of delivery will be mentioned on order confirmation. If we can deliver earlier or in case of a delay, we shall communicate the same to you accordingly.


Can I track my order?
When your order is placed and we have verified that the payment has been processed; we will send the tracking number to the email address provided under your contact information.


Can I change measurements or some other details on a current order?
At Unifro, we use the conventional handmade pattern making process and every garment is crafted to perfection especially for you. For us to deliver a perfectly fitting garment, it is important that the measurements you provide us are accurate and exactly as per our measurement guide.

How do I cancel my order once placed?
If you have ordered for a customize garment, to cancel your order you need to drop us an email on support@unifro.com or call us on (91) 7506714057.
Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations as every garment is handcrafted to one's unique styling and measurements. However, please send us an email on support@unifro.com or call us on (91) 7506714057 as soon as you can and we'll try our best to help you.
