Cancellation Policy


In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been processed by the seller, the order cannot be cancelled. has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Unifro and accept Unifro' decision regarding cancellation.

Unifro reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

All returns/ alterations need to be self - shipped by the customer.

Refunds / Credits while cancellation

All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card or bank account or any other payment account takes about 10-15 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next Debit/credit card statement or in their respective accounts from where the payment was made in about 10-15 business days.
